By accessing CENT-ADS you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

CENT-ADS provides promotion inventory management, buyer self-serve purchasing (fixed, bidding, packages), creative approval, and crawlable ad delivery for an owned portfolio of properties. It is not an open third-party ad exchange.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials, accurate campaign data, and compliance with our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these Terms.

Orders & payment

Fees for inventory are shown in the portal. Payment is processed through Central Payment. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices may result in paused delivery.

Creatives & approval

We may reject or remove creatives that fail editorial or policy review. Approved campaigns remain subject to capacity and schedule rules.

No SEO guarantees

Delivery uses crawlable HTML where configured, but CENT-ADS does not guarantee search rankings, indexing outcomes, or third-party crawler behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CENT-ADS is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service. Counsel must finalize caps, exclusions, and indemnity for your entity.
